With the Honor Guarantee, InterNACHI® will cover up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate for the replacement cost of personal property lost during an inspection, provided it was stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge related to taking the client's personal property. This coverage applies to incidents where the property is not recovered, restituted, or insured, similar to Pre-Purchase Home Inspection and Professional House Inspection services.
If necessary, any action against InterNACHI® regarding this Honor Guarantee will be exclusively handled in the District Court of Boulder County, Colorado.
